Rental cancellation specials
Check for last-minute Specials, by calling Terry at 404.806.8055. If not rented in advance, condos may be discounted 24- to 72-hours before check-in. To hold a condo rental, complete our Reservations form in its' entirety.

This months specials
Save 8% from your rentals if you are a member of one of the following categories.
Active Military, Single Parents, Singles (solo), Approved Association Members, Repeat Guests, Active Government.
Valid ID's are required.

Payment specials
SAVE 4%! When you choose to reserve our platinum rated condos using the eCheck option! Most of our guests now use this secure payment procedure that is easy, secure and fast.

To make an Internet Special reservation (if available), select a condo and complete the Reservations form in its' entirety selecting the eCheck option.

* Special notes
The specials discount code must be submitted at the time of reservation submission. Discount code submissions after the reservation form is submitted will not be honored. You must pay in full at time of booking by eCheck and are non refundable if cancelled. Valid ID's are required.
